As Head of Technology, the Company has obtained the services of Boris Sebosik, who is a well-seasoned product and technology specialist. With a strong focus on mobile platforms, utilizing top-notch technology, he has designed and built robust digital products with a global presence in numerous industries, ranging from banking to media to advertising. His primary strengths lay in a practical business mindset, while demonstrating enhanced managerial and technical skills, which have been proven by his consistent ability to build strong technical teams that deliver high performance products to market. In the recruitment of Nick Schober as the Head Writer for FanDom Sports’ content creation, the Company has on-boarded a professional with specialized expertise in framing and communicating highly focused brand tonality. A Los Angeles native, Nick has written for some of the most recognizable sports and entertainment brands in the world, including LucasFilm, Marvel, Nike, Disney and Pixar. Also an award-winning screenwriter, Nick’s first feature film hits theaters in Fall of 2017.

CEO Henri Holm noted, “To round out the core elements of both our technology and content strategy is critical for the next phase of FanDom Sports. As a form of compensation in conjunction with the services agreement, the Company has granted 400,000 incentive share purchase options to Consultants at an exercise price of $0.12 per share with a five-year term, expiring on October 1, 2022. The Options shall vest and become exercisable by the Optionee immediately. The common shares issuable upon exercise of the Option are subject to a four-month Exchange hold period from the effective date of the grant of the Options.

Additionally, William (Bill) McGraw has resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors. The Company would like to thank Bill for his guidance and support during his term on the Board. FanDom Sports Media Closes Private Placement for Gross Proceeds of $410,000

Vancouver, British Columbia – September 25, 2017, FanDom Sports Media Corp. (CSE: FDM) (OTC: FDMSF) (FRANKFURT: TQ42) (“FanDom Sports” or the “Company”) announces that it has closed its private placement financing on Friday September 22nd and raised gross proceeds of $410,000 pursuant to the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “Exchange” or the “CSE”).  FanDom Sports will issue 4,100,000 Units (the “Units”) at $0.10 per Unit.  Each Unit consists of one common share and one warrant.  Each warrant is exercisable at $0.15 per common share until September 21, 2019 (the “Private Placement”). All common shares and warrants issued pursuant to the Private Placement may not be transferred until January 23, 2018. 

Proceeds of the Private Placement will be for general working capital purposes and the build out of a specialized Android operating system technology team. There were no brokerage, underwriting or Finder’s Fees issued as compensation in association with this Private Placement.

Lumina Global Partners provides corporate finance, capital advisory, director recruitment and investor relations services to public companies throughout North America, specializing in the development and execution of strategic stakeholder engagement programs.

In conjunction with the services agreement the Company has granted incentive stock options as a form of compensation. Lumina Global Partners has been granted options to purchase 200,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.19 per share. These options expire June 4, 2022. Of the total stock options granted, one-half (1/2) 100,000 options vest immediately with the remaining options of 100,000 vest on November 30, 2017.

The Company is pleased to announce our newest member Michael Zivot, President of HiNGE Sales and Marketing Solutions.   

Michael spent 15 years in retail and packaged goods with Loblaws Companies Ltd., Pillsbury and HJ Heinz Company. In 2000, Michael focused on direct marketing when he co-founded ISCI, an online US shopping portal supported with offline published catalog.

From September 2002 through August 2007, Michael was the VP of Retail Developmentat Pareto Corp, where he led development of its retail client base ultimately bringing clients to Pareto such as Shoppers Drug Mart, The Home Depot and Quiznos Canada and played a major role in Pareto's entree into both POP and DM business.

Since September 2007, Michael has been the President of HiNGE Sales and Marketing Solutions.  Michael created HiNGE as an enabler for effective sales and marketing solutions for clients, with a focus on partnership and loyalty. HiNGE has worked on many solutions for clients large and small including some of the leading brands in Canada such as TD Canada Trust and Tim Hortons. Relevant projects to FanDom include the development of a partnership loyalty program for a major Canadian bank credit card product as well as a unique loyalty program for a US Prepaid Card start-up which was working with a major sports league players union.
