Lumina Global Partners provides corporate finance, capital advisory, director recruitment and investor relations services to public companies throughout North America, specializing in the development and execution of strategic stakeholder engagement programs.

In conjunction with the services agreement the Company has granted incentive stock options as a form of compensation. Lumina Global Partners has been granted options to purchase 200,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.19 per share. These options expire June 4, 2022. Of the total stock options granted, one-half (1/2) 100,000 options vest immediately with the remaining options of 100,000 vest on November 30, 2017.

The Company is pleased to announce our newest member Michael Zivot, President of HiNGE Sales and Marketing Solutions.   

Michael spent 15 years in retail and packaged goods with Loblaws Companies Ltd., Pillsbury and HJ Heinz Company. In 2000, Michael focused on direct marketing when he co-founded ISCI, an online US shopping portal supported with offline published catalog.

From September 2002 through August 2007, Michael was the VP of Retail Developmentat Pareto Corp, where he led development of its retail client base ultimately bringing clients to Pareto such as Shoppers Drug Mart, The Home Depot and Quiznos Canada and played a major role in Pareto's entree into both POP and DM business.

Since September 2007, Michael has been the President of HiNGE Sales and Marketing Solutions.  Michael created HiNGE as an enabler for effective sales and marketing solutions for clients, with a focus on partnership and loyalty. HiNGE has worked on many solutions for clients large and small including some of the leading brands in Canada such as TD Canada Trust and Tim Hortons. Relevant projects to FanDom include the development of a partnership loyalty program for a major Canadian bank credit card product as well as a unique loyalty program for a US Prepaid Card start-up which was working with a major sports league players union.

Fandom Sports Media Corp. closes Private Placement for gross proceeds of $883,000

Vancouver, British Columbia – April 27, 2017, FanDom Sports Media Corp. (CSE: FDM) (OTCQB: FDMSF) (FRANKFURT: TQ42) (“FanDom Sports” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has closed its private placement yesterday and raised gross proceeds of $883,000 pursuant to the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “Exchange” or the “CSE”).  FanDom will issue 17,660,000 Units (the “Units”) at $0.05 per Unit.  Each Unit consists of one common share and one warrant.  Each warrant is exercisable at $0.10 per common share for two years from closing (the “Private Placement”).  Three directors of the Company have subscribed for an aggregate of 3,200,000 Units for proceeds of $160,000. All common shares and warrants issued pursuant to the Private Placement may not be transferred until August 27, 2017.  

Proceeds of the Private Placement will be for general working capital purposes and accounts payable. An aggregate of 1,680,000 Units will be issued as Finder’s Fees with the same terms as the private placement.

Santa Monica, California – April 6, 2017, Fandom Sports Media Corp. (CSE: FDM) (OTC: FDMSF) (FRANKFURT: TQ42) (“Fandom Sports” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Ottawa sports entrepreneur Jeff Hunt has joined the Company as a Director.
Jeff Hunt is one of Canada’s best known sports executives. He is President and part owner of the Ottawa Redblacks football club of the Canadian Football League (CFL), Governor and part owner of the CHL’s Ottawa 67’s and a Partner in the Ottawa Sports and Entertainment group which owns and operates Ottawa’s Lansdowne Park retail district and manages the TD Place stadium and arena complex.

Mr. Hunt left his family home in Newfoundland for Ottawa in 1983 to start adding form to his entrepreneurial vision.  In his first year in the new city, Jeff started a carpet cleaning firm and over the next 15-years, franchised it, expanded into the US and sold the thriving business to Sears. That sale, in 1998, enabled Jeff to pursue his dream of owning and managing a hockey team, the Ottawa 67’s.

After selling-out his first home opener and winning the Memorial Cup in his first season, Hunt built the 67’s into a thriving business. The team ranked number one or two in OHL attendance for the next decade and never missed the playoffs. The team's previous owner had been spending just $25,000 a year on marketing costs, but Mr. Hunt would spend that amount every week once he became the new owner. 

Mr. Hunt’s success with the 67’s was sighted by the Canadian Football League as an important factor in its decision to award an expansion franchise to Ottawa. That franchise, the REDBLACKS, has since become the toast of the town, routinely selling-out games, making it to the Grey Cup in its second year of operation and winning the Grey Cup in 2016.

During his career, Jeff Hunt’s accomplishments have been recognized with multiple awards, including five Profit Magazine Fast-100 and two Fast-50 awards. He has also been named OHL and Canadian Hockey League Executive of the Year and in 2015 he was named to the Yahoo Canada Sports list of the top 25 “Movers and Shakers” who have the most influence over sport in Canada. In January 2017, Jeff was named Ottawa’s Favorite Entrepreneur by Faces Magazine.

This twice a week hour long hosted show will feature both sports fans and athletes as guests on the show, with callers being able to dial in and join in on the argument!  With most sports shows, the host and the guests argue and the fans listen in and the show takes the occasional caller. This show will be very different, where the fans will be able to argue on the radio with other fans as well as the athlete guests. There will be voting online on the App to determine the winners and losers of the arguments.  The fans’ opinions will be heard.  Arguments will happen…and the votes will be tabulated. There will be winners and losers. The fans will be the show.

Golden Bay Media Inc. (“GBM”) is a privately held company based out of Canada with international offices located in Delaware, USA and Saint Peter Port, Guernsey.  GBM is a producer, distributor and operator of skill based games developed in house using GBM’s private gaming platform allowing its products to be fully flexible to support all PC’s, Tablet’s and Mobile devices.  All of GBM’s products are driven by its private affiliate software platform which allows for greater penetration in the online gaming sector.

GBM’s focus is to become the industry leader in the acquisition and development of profitable skill based mobile apps and online skill gaming technologies whose main objective is focused around optimizing existing applications and integrating them into new global markets, while increasing revenue streams to allow for future acquisitions.

GBM is slated to release its first of four skill based game titles under the Battle RPS (Rock, Paper, Scissors) game platform in Q1 2017. The first of which will be BNG (Battle-N-Go), a Player vs. Player heads up Rock, Paper, Scissors wagering game.  Battle RPS is a registered Trademark of GBM Inc., 2016.

(CSE: FDM) (OTCQB: FDMSF) (FRANKFURT: TQ42) (“FanDom Sports” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has raised gross proceeds of $228,500 pursuant to the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “Exchange” or the “CSE”) and will issue 4,570,000 Units (the “Units”) at $0.05 per Unit.  Each Unit consists of one common share and one warrant.  Each warrant is exercisable at $0.10 per common share for two years from closing (the “Private Placement”).  Two directors of the Company have subscribed for an aggregate of 530,000 Units for total proceeds of $26,500. All common shares and warrants issued pursuant to the Private Placement may not be transferred until May 27, 2017. 

Proceeds of the Private Placement will be for general working capital purposes and accounts payable.  No Finder’s fees were paid in regards to the Private Placement.

The Company is pleased to announce that, subject to the policies of the CSE, it intends to extend, by eighteen months, the expiry date of 4,359,500 warrants (the "Warrants") from May 1, 2017 to November 1, 2018.  The Warrants have an exercise price of $0.35 per common share and were issued in connection with a private placement of units of the Company as announced on March 19, 2015 and closed on May 1, 2015.  All other terms and conditions of the Warrants will remain the same.

  • Announced the appointment of Scott Keeney, better known by his stage name DJ Skee to the Board of Directors.

He is recognized as one of the most influential figures in today’s entertainment business by both Forbes & Billboard magazine, DJ SKEE is carving a new definition for what a DJ is. With a thriving career as an entertainer and multiple ventures under his umbrella, DJ SKEE is at the forefront of popular culture.   • Announced the appointment of Royce Clayton to the Advisory Board

Mr. Clayton was drafted by the San Francisco Giants in 1988, the 15th pick overall in the first round of the draft.  Mr. Clayton spent 17 seasons playing for 11 different teams, including the San Francisco Giants, St. Louis Cardinals, Texas Rangers, Toronto Blue Jays, Boston Red Sox and the Arizona Diamondbacks. In 1997, Royce was selected to represent the St. Louis Cardinals at the Major League Baseball All-Star Game. He was awarded a World Series ring in 2007 when the Boston Red Sox won the World Series.

After retiring from MLB, Mr. Clayton started considering his options. Recognizing the potential to merge baseball with other forms of entertainment, he began looking at ways to combine the game he loved with his passion for music.

In 2013, during celebrity softball games and appearances with buddies Snoop Dog and LL Cool J, Royce conceptualized and developed the customized at-bat music for players which led to the formation of MUSIQ Locker. 

MUSIQ Locker signed an exclusive deal with the MLB Players Association to produce custom walk-up songs for every interested major leaguer. Royce’s company recently produced songs for Chris Carter and Jimmy Rollins, and has tunes for David Ortiz, George Springer, Mike Trout and Michael Brantley in the pipeline. Mr. Clayton played the role of Oakland A's shortstop Miguel Tejada in the movie Moneyball, the 2011 American biographical sports drama starring Brad Pitt.

The addition of Mr. Clayton to FanDom's advisory board along with his "inside knowledge" of the sports world will be significant resource for FanDom and the Fandom Sports App, as well as the development of further media initiatives that the Company intends to launch in 2017.

  • Announced the addition of Don "The Predator" Frye to the FanDom team

Don Frye “The Predator” is an American former mixed martial artist, amateur and professional wrestler, UFC Hall of Famer and actor. Don is one of MMA’s early stars and most recognized fighters. He is considered one of the original “cross-trained” MMA competitors because of his multiple disciplines; boxing, wrestling, and Judo. A tournament win at the UFC 8 unfolded a new career, world-wide fame earned from professional wrestling in Japan, and a dip in the waters of acting has awarded Don Frye the life that he dreamed would happen. With his cowboy hat and giant manly moustache and large belt buckles, this Arizona and Los Angeles based UFC legend is highly recognizable.

A proud American and son of a United States Air Force Colonel, Frye has graciously visited troops on three USO tours. Moved by the men he visited at Walter Reed Army Hospital in Washington D.C. Frye was also honored to visit the military bases and troops in Afghanistan and Qatar on a USO tour. Frye is also a two time guest for the Make-a-Wish Foundation California Chapter, where he and other celebrities fished, hunted, and dined with terminally ill children and their families. This event is a favorite of Frye’s which he plans to continue each year.

  • Announced the appointment of Muay Thai Fighter and Trainer Edmond Bilbasoo to the Advisory Board

Edmond Bilbasoo is a lifelong Martial Arts trainer and fighter with an extensive experience as a Certified Muay Thai Instructor and is the founder of Body Dynamite and their Work-Out Fitness Videos.  He has trained and fought in Thailand, throughout the US, Europe, and other parts of Asia.  Edmond works with numerous professional and amateur fighters in Muay Thai and is also a well-recognized striking coach for Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fighters, including Urijah Faber, Tyron Woodley and Paige Van Zant. In 2015, Mr. Bilbasoo appeared on the UFC produced reality television series as the Muay Thai trainer for Urijah Faber’s team against Conner McGregor in the sports reality show The Ultimate Fighter: Team McGregor vs. Team Faber on the Fox Sports Network.

  • Announced the addition of Jonna Birgans to the Business Development Team

Jonna Birgans is a seasoned digital media and business development Executive. Jonna has created content for powerhouse media companies such as The Gameshow Network, Studios USA, MTV and Billboard to name a few. She is also a pioneer of the digital out of home industry, overseeing programming strategy and business development for brands like Walmart, Best Buy, Taco Bell as well as major US airports. Jonna originally hails from Finland but calls New York City home after residing in the entertainment capital of the world, Los Angeles for two decades. She is passionate about startups and putting together teams that are in it to win it!

  • Announced the addition of Digital Media Executive Sheila Romana to the Advisory Board

With over 20 years’ experience in marketing & publicity, Sheila is a veteran at targeting male audiences and sports fans. As a former marketing exec at NBC, Sheila oversaw development and execution of large-scale national advertising campaigns for MSNBC, MSNBC.com, NBC Cable Networks, CNBC.com, and the NBC Olympic coverage. Through her own company, RMS, she has led digital PR campaigns for UFC, "The Walking Dead", "Black Sails", “Inglorious Bastards” and dozens of independent horror, action and sci-fi movies, and other male-skewing genres. Sheila graduated with a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and holds an MBA from Arizona State University.

  • The Company relocated its head office from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada to offices in Santa Monica, California.  
  • The Company listed its stock on the OTCQB exchange in the United States as well as the Frankfurt Exchange in Germany.
  • The Company has done several film shoots for content in the studio of DJ SKEE as well as out on the streets and sports stadiums.

(CSE: FDM) (OTC: FDMSF) (FRANKFURT: TQ42) (“Fandom Sports” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has raised gross proceeds of $201,297 pursuant to the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “Exchange” or the “CSE”) and will issue 2,516,213 Units (the “Units”) at $0.08 per Unit.  Each Unit consists of one common share and one warrant.  Each warrant is exercisable at $0.10 per common share for two years from closing (the “Private Placement”).  One director of the Company has subscribed for an aggregate of 312,500 Units for total proceeds of $25,000.  All common shares and warrants issued pursuant to the Private Placement may not be transferred until January 17, 2017. 

Proceeds of the Private Placement will be for general working capital purposes and accounts payable. 

No Finder’s fees were paid in regards to the Placement.
